  I drive 4 hours one way every 3 months to have Chari tend to my BFA. Never have I had a bad experience there. She has what my bird needs and is always available after hours if I have an emergency. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to our birds. Did any of you leaving these horrific reviews stop to think where we would be without her services? Did you stop to think that maybe she sees something off with your birds that you don't because you see your birds every day? Did you stop to think maybe your bird didn't like getting his nails trimmed and moved while she was doing the grooming? I can assure you that Chari did not intentionally hurt your bird. I too take great care of my bird but I can admit I can always do better. I know there are more people who support Chari and her shop than you few haters that are probably doing something intentional or unintentional to hurt your birds.
