  I have been very pleased with my apartment at The Height at Lake Murray, since I moved in June 2016. The office staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The maintenance workers have responded quickly to my requests and they do the job right the first time.
  
  My one-bedroom apartment is much larger with a better layout then the other three apartment complexes I considered. My apartment has all of the features I needed and more. ie; high ceilings with crown moldings, chair rail, a computer/office nook off the living room, a storage closet off the balcony (great for storing cardboard moving boxes), soaking tub, and more. The pool is very nice and includes two gas BBQ grills. The exercise room is more than adequate. There is even a car wash area under a carport! The complex recently did a great job painting the entire exterior of all apartment and common buildings!
  
  The only negative thing is that some of the stove burners are not level, but considering everything else, I can live with that.
  
  Therefore, I highly recommend The Heights at Lake Murray.
