  I had a very bad experience with this location. One of their agents ( Elaine Runager) was my seller's agent and after the sale I noticed some issues that were NOT disclosed. I sent a nice e mail to her and she never replied. I finally found out she said she was told by her Broker not to respond. I find this to be BAD business all around. I know there are great agents and companies out there but I find this NOT to be one of them. They have yet to make this right by actually contacting the seller. I plan to seek and take other action to rectify this situation.
